What this policy covers

This policy covers information collected through wellspringskincare.com. Your medical records and health information as a patient are protected separately under our Notice of Privacy Practices, which we provide at your first visit — this page is about the website only.

What we collect

Two forms on this site collect information, and they work differently.

The text us popup collects your first name and mobile number, so someone from our front desk can text you back. That is all it collects, and it does not create a record in our patient system.

The email signup collects your first name, last name, email address and, if you choose to give it, your mobile number. This one does create a record in our practice management system, so that we can send you the emails you asked for and recognise you if you are already a patient.

Both forms use Cloudflare Turnstile, a check that keeps automated submissions out. It reads signals from your browser to tell people apart from bots.

If you call or text us directly, we receive your number the way any business you contact does. Booking happens through our scheduling provider, which collects what it needs to manage your appointment under its own privacy terms.

This site does not currently use advertising trackers. If we add analytics to understand site usage, it will be configured without selling or sharing personal data.

Where it goes

Text us messages are held briefly by Cloudflare, who host this website, and read by our front desk so we can reply. They are not added to your patient chart.

Email signups go to Zenoti, the system we use to manage guest records and mailing lists. Zenoti stores your record and handles unsubscribes.

We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

How long we keep it

Text us submissions delete themselves within 12 hours, whether or not we have replied by then. Nothing accumulates. Once we text you, the conversation lives in our phone system like any other text.

Email list records stay until you unsubscribe.

Your medical records are kept separately, for as long as our record-keeping obligations require.

Your choices

Use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email to leave the email list. Text STOP to end text communications. To ask what we have on file, request a correction, or request deletion of your website contact information, email frontdesk@wellspringskincare.com or call 770-883-1012.
