Ashley Corey, DO
Owner, Injector & Medical Director
Dr. Corey is a board-certified family medicine physician. Originally from Michigan, she trained at Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her family medicine residency at Floyd Medical Center in Rome, Georgia. At Wellspring she's not a name on a license in a back office: she consults, injects and directs the medical side of the practice herself.
Patients describe her calming effect; her style leans natural and balanced, and your goal is what sets the plan. Away from the studio she's outdoors with her husband and two dogs, in the garden, or reading.

Susan Vlass, RN, BSN
Injector & Laser Tech
Georgia-registered nurse (BSN, Medical College of Georgia) with 12 years of medical and surgical experience at Emory University Hospital and 15 years in medical skincare: injectables, laser and chemical peels. An Atlanta native, she lives in Roswell and loves time with her grandchildren.

Kim has always taken care of people; her favorite moment is when a patient sees their skin and lights up. Off the clock: family first, plus cooking, crafting and the occasional dance party.

How we work
Why physician-led matters
Most med spas operate under an off-site "medical director" who reviews charts from miles away without ever seeing patients. Often, these medical directors have no injection experience. At Wellspring, the physician who owns the practice is onsite, in the room, or guiding treatment plans. This sets the company standard that every recommendation is evidence-based, and if a treatment isn't the right tool for what's bothering you, we'll say so and point you to what is.
In practice, that looks like: a complimentary consultation where you get an exact quote before committing to anything, dosing mapped to the result you're after, and a straight accounting of risks alongside benefits, from the provider actually doing your treatment.
