Botox Brow Lift in Roswell
Your brows are held in a tug-of-war between lifting and depressing muscles. A few precise units of Botox relax the pull-down side, and the lift side wins, opening the whole eye area.

Who it's for
Is a Botox brow lift right for you?
A Botox brow lift raises the brows a few millimeters, which sounds small until you see what it does to a face: eyes read more open, makeup sits where it should, and the "tired" comments stop. It suits heaviness caused by muscle pull; if your hooding comes from significant excess skin and fat, Botox can't lift that, and we'll say so and talk through what actually would.
- Brows that feel heavy by the end of the day
- Hooding at the outer corners of the eyes
- Eyeshadow or liner that disappears under the brow
- A more open, rested eye area, without surgery
How a Botox brow lift works & what to expect
Consult & map. We watch your brows at rest and in motion, and map which depressor muscles are winning the tug-of-war.
Treat. A few precise units at the tail of the brow and between the brows. About ten minutes.
Lift. The release happens gradually over one to two weeks as the lifting muscles take over.
What to know
Botox brow lift risks, downtime & aftercare
Side effects are usually limited to pinpoint redness or a small bruise. The real risk in a brow lift is proportional dosing: over-treating the wrong muscle can lower rather than lift, which is why the mapping matters more than the units. Dosing errors settle as the Botox wears off. We review your history first, as with any Botox treatment.
A lift measured in millimeters
A Botox brow lift raises the brow two to three millimeters. That's not a surgical result; it's a subtle, refreshing one, and it's why the treatment photographs so well: nobody can name what changed. If you're after a dramatic repositioning of the brow, that's surgical territory, and we'll tell you so at the consult rather than overselling a few units.
Brow lift Botox vs eyelid surgery
The two solve different problems. Botox lifts brows held down by muscle; blepharoplasty (eyelid surgery) removes excess skin and fat that no muscle can lift. Many patients try the Botox version first (it costs a fraction, takes minutes, and wears off if it isn’t enough), and some combine both over time. The assessment tells you which side of the line your eyes are on.
Pricing
How pricing works for a Botox brow lift
A brow lift uses a modest number of units (similar to a lip flip, far fewer than a full forehead plan) and is priced per unit like any Botox treatment. Many patients fold it into their regular Botox appointment. Exact quote at your complimentary consultation, before you commit to anything.
We also offer several ways to spread treatment costs over time, including buy-now-pay-later plans. Ask about financing at your consultation.
Common questions
Botox brow lift FAQs
How much lift will I actually see?
Two to three millimeters at the brow: small on a ruler, meaningful on a face. Eyes read more open and rested; nobody can name why. If you need more than that, the answer is surgical, and we’ll say so.
How is this different from treating my forehead lines?
Same product, opposite goal. Forehead treatment relaxes the lifting muscle to smooth lines; a brow lift relaxes the depressor muscles so the lift wins. Doing both together takes careful balancing, which is exactly what the mapping at your consult is for.
Can a Botox brow lift go wrong?
The known miss is dosing the wrong muscle, which can lower a brow temporarily instead of lifting it. It settles as the product wears off, and it’s avoided by mapping your anatomy rather than injecting a standard pattern.
How long does it last?
3–4 months, like Botox elsewhere. Most patients maintain it as part of their regular Botox rhythm rather than as a separate appointment.
Can I combine it with my regular Botox?
Yes, it usually is combined. Brow position is one part of the full upper-face map we plan at your consult, and treating it all in one visit keeps the balance right.
